As the Rissington Championship draws to a close, the weather stayed cold and fresh with the occasional outbreak of sunshine which kept everyone’s spirits high.
The first class to take to the circuit were the Cadets, who were very well represented, the results are as follows:-
Heat 1 was won by Alex McRoberts, followed by Max Barnbrook and Jack Barber.
Heat 2 saw T Chesterton take the win, followed by Jack Barber and Archie Strong.
Heat 3 was won by T Chesterton, followed by G Stratford and Jack Barber.
T Chesterton secured pole for the final, and as the lights changed he was challenged for the lead.It was extremely close racing, with the top four drivers all battling it out for that first place win.As the chequered flag fell it was Alex McRoberts who took the win, followed by G Stratford in 2nd and T Chesterton in 3rd. The Junior TKM class were extremely well support this weekend with amazing racing taking place.The following drivers won the heats’ and final:-
Heat 1 was won by Jack Ransom, followed by Craig Johnson and Matt England.
Heat 2 saw Sam Random take the win, followed by Joshua Grimston and Scott Morris.
Heat 3 was won by Sam Random, followed by Matt England and J Reeves-Smith.
Heat 4 saw Will Shaw take the win, followed by Craig Johnson and Arran Mills.
7 Drivers qualified for the B Final and the following drivers went through to the A Final:-
J Shuttleworth, Aaron Powell, Jack Chrisp & Mike Darling.
Sam Random secured pole for the final, but as the lights changed from red to green, several drivers challenged for the lead.The lead was exchanged by several drivers as an extremely close race unfolded.This battle continued throughout the race and amazing action took place on several parts of the circuit, as well as further down the grid.As the chequered flag fell, it was J Reeves-Smith who took the win, with 01.01 seconds between himself and 2nd place driver Craig Johnson and Sam Random in 3rd.

The Minimax class winners of heats and the final are as follows:-
Heat 1 was won by Dan Kelly followed by Jamie Chadwick and Lewis Malin.
Heat 2 saw Dan Kelly take the win, followed by Jamie Chadwick and Lewis Malin.
Heat 3 was won by Jamie Chadwick, followed by Dan Kelly and Jack Aitken.
Dan Kelly secured pole for the final, and held the lead after the lights changed.Jamie Chadwick, Dan Kelly and Lewis Malin had an extremely close race and challenged each other when opportunities arrived at various points on the circuit.As the chequered flag fell Dan took the win followed by Jamie Chadwick in 2nd and Lewis Malin in 3rd .

The following drivers won the heats, and final for the 125 :-
Heat 1 – 125 was won by David Baldwin followed by Nick Barnes and Jade Paveley.
Heat 2 – 125 saw David Baldwin take the win, followed by Nick Barnes and Jade Paveley.
Heat 3 – 125 saw David Baldwin take the win, followed by Nick Barnes and Anthony Wynell-Mayow.
After an extremely exciting final, with extremely close racing taking place at numerous places on the track, it was David Baldwin who secured the win, extremely closely followed by Nick Barnes and Anthony Wynell-Mayow.

Heat 1 250 was won by Alex Burrows, followed by Daniel Thornell and Robert Wynell-Mayow.
Heat 2250 saw Robert Wynell-Mayow take the win, followed by James Pierce and Tony Long.
Heat 3250 was won by Alex Burrows, followed by Daniel Thornell and Robert Wynell-Mayow.
250 – 1st place went to Alex Burrows, followed by Daniel Thornell and Jack Love.

The Senior TKM grids this weekend were a lot healthier, and the following drivers took the wins for the heats and final:-
Heat 1 was won by Matthew Allnutt, followed by Guy Tolley and Robert Edwards.
Heat 2 saw Guy Tolley take the win, followed by Matthew Allnutt and Luke Ogden.
Heat 3 was won by Matthew Allnutt, followed by Liam Jones and Guy Tolley.
Matthew Allnutt secured pole for the final, of which he led into the first corner, before being challenged by the drivers behind him. Robert Edwards moved steadily through the field from 4th place to eventually take 3rd .Several manoeuvres took place between the racers at numerous points on the circuit, which was totally amazing to watch. It was an extremely electrifying race.As the chequered flag fell, Matthew Allnutt took the chequered flag followed by Guy Tolley in 2nd and Robert Edwards in 3rd .

The Junior Rotax class was very well supported this weekend and the following drivers won the heats and final:-
Heat 1 was won by Tom Harvey, followed by B Jenkins-Davies and Danny Keirle.
Heat 2 saw Sam Morgan take the win, followed by Danny Keirle and Chris Shaw.
Heat 3 was won by Sam Morgan, followed by Kasey Watson and Sam Cassidy.
Sam Morgan secured pole for the final of which he led as the lights changed.It was extremely close racing throughout the pack with several positions changing to secure the top 3 places. Tom Harvey moved through the field from 6th into 1stand B Jenkins Davies from 7th up to 3rd. As the chequered flag fell, it was Tom who secured the win, closely followed by Danny Keirle and B Jenkins Davies.

Once again the Senior Rotax class were well represented, and the followingdrivers won the heats and final:-
Heat 1 was won by Richard Hughes, followed by Joshua Collings and Nathan Lawley.
Heat 2 saw Chris Thomas take the win, followed by Joshua Collings and Callum Drew.
Heat 3 was won by Jon Sweeper, followed by George Lynch and Callum Drew.
Joshua Collings secured pole for the final, but was soon to be challenged for the lead as the lights changed from red to green. The first 5 drivers exchanged places as they challenged for the lead with several impressive over taking manoeuvres taking place on various parts of the circuit. As the chequered flag fell, Joshua Collings secured the win, followed by Richard Hughes in 2nd and George Lynch in 3rd.
